Please note that with smaller pickup trucks the maximum tire diameter you can carry with the Fabtech "Flat" style spare tire mount will depend on the space between the wheel wells and either the front of the bed or the tail gate. Fabtech also offers an Angled Spare Tire Mount that in some cases allows a larger tire to be mounted in the bed.

Installation does require drilling holes to secure one of the cleanest working spare tire carriers available. You can even lock your spare tire! Fabtech has drilled a hole in the spinner that secures the tire to the mount. Place a lock into the hole and you cant remove the tire spinner! This deters someone from walking away with your expensive wheel and tire combo! This item is now available only Fabtech gloss Black, Fabtech has discontinued offering this item in Blue.
