This item includes only one individual shock spacer. Customers purchase this item to replace a failed Fabtech coilover extension. This front shock extension will only work with factory GM front shock and spring assemblies - NOT INCLUDED. Fabtech uses this shock extension in a wide range of their 6" Basic Series lift kits. /p>
