This Fabtech Motorsports 3" Lift System is designed to fit 1995.5-2004 Toyota Tacoma 2wd 5-lug trucks. This kit will ONLY fit the Tacoma 5-lug trucks and will NOT work on any of the 6-lug PreRunner or 4x4 models. Fabtech's roots started in early model Toyota trucks and the tradition continues with their Toyota Tacoma kits. With the creation of the Toyota Tacoma meant the loss of the torsion bar front suspension. Fabtech Motorsports 1995.5-2004 Toyota Tacoma 5-Lug 3" Lift System with Performance Series Shock Absorbers # K7014. This Fabtech suspension lift package includes Fabtech 3" Lift Spindles, 1.5" to 2" Lift Add-A-Leafs and Fabtech Performance Series Front and Rear Shocks. Please note that this Fabtech Lift System will only fit 1995.5, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 model year 5-Lug Toyota Tacoma 2wd Trucks Only! This lift will absolutely NOT fit any 6-lug models!
The heart of this lift is the Fabtech 3" Lift Spindles # FTS4130-7. These spindles will raise the front of your 5-lug 2wd Tacoma a full 3 inches and also increase ground clearance by about the same amount! This added front lift height provides clearance for larger than stock tires and additional clearance you need when the pavement stops and the trail begins. This is a complete Toyota Tacoma suspension lift that includes front lift, rear lift and shock absorbers. The rear suspension is raised via the included Fabtech # FTS200 Add-A-Leafs. Fabtech also includes a set of front and rear Performance Series (White Can) Shock Absorbers.

Important Fitment Information:
OEM wheels should not be used with this lift. Installation of larger tires on the OEM wheels can cause clearance issues with Fabtech lift spindle. Aftermarket wheels with a maximum back space of 3.75" are recommended.
Front Shock Information:
The included front shock (FTS7078) has a larger shock body diameter than the factory Toyota shock. Installation may require enlarging the lower arm opening to allow the Fabtech shock to be installed. Performance Lifts no longer accepts the return of the FTS7078 because the installer is too lazy or unwilling to take the time necessary to run the supplied larger body shock. Fabtech uses a larger shock body as they feel it is necessary to better control the additional weight of the larger than stock tires this lift kit is designed to run.
