FOX 2001 - 2019 GM 2500HD / 3500 Performance Series 2.0 Reservoir Rear Shock # 980-24-956

The FOX Racing # 980-24-956 is designed for use on the rear suspension of a 4" to 6" lifted GM Silverado or Sierra pickup truck. This FOX 2.0 Performance Series Remote Reservoir smooth body shock features the latest in shock technology and was designed to transform the performance of your fullsize truck. FOX uses race-proven damping control to provide a comfortable on-road ride and predictable offroad handling in even the toughest conditions.

The aluminum body increases cooling capacity and will never rust. Inside you will find race-proven performance valving technology that features the FOX External Reservoir design. Its external reservoir allows for increase oil and nitrogen capacity while delivering striking off-road race vehicle looks. The included black anodized reservoir mounting clamp and other components are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The race developed high flow damping piston matched with application specific vavling provides the 2.0 Performance Series Reservoir shock a predictable ride quality capable of handling the roughest road conditions. By keeping a more consistent fluid temperature (and viscosity) the FOX Performance Series Reservoir shock provides more consistent performance. This shock is factory-tuned and features vehicle specific valving.
