FOX 2007 - 2021 Toyota Tundra Factory Race Series 2.5 Reservoir Coilovers # 880-02-947
This FOX Racing coilover shock # 880-02-947 is designed for use on 2007 - 2021 model year Toyota Tundra 2wd and 4x4 Trucks. These coilovers can be adjusted to provide between 0" and 3" inches of lift on most models. FOX has very specific max adjustment range measurements and Crew Max owners or those with "heavy" aftermarket accessories may not be able to achieve the full 3" inches of lift without exceeding FOX recommendations. Exceeding the FOX recommendation for max spring pre-load is NOT recommended. For optimal performance on and off-road, FOX Racing recommends limiting the amount of spring pre-load. Installation of an aftermarket upper control arm is also recommended as this is the Extended Travel version of the FOX 2.5 Series coilover.

FOX 2007 - 2021 Toyota Tundra Factory Race Series 2.5 Reservoir Coilovers # 880-02-947. This item includes a pair of FOX Racing Coilover Shocks # 880-02-947. These coilovers are specifically designed for use on the 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 Toyota Tundra trucks. This coilover is compatible with 4x4 as well as 2wd models. These FOX Racing Shox come ready to install and include replacement coil springs, brackets to attach the reservoirs, and all the hardware necessary for installation. These shocks are a bolt on item and do not require any cutting or welding to install.
FOX Factory Race Series Coil-over Reservoir shocks do provide improved damping. We agree with that. FOX coil-over shocks provide suspension damping and suspend the weight of the vehicle. We also agree with that! The integrated coil spring can be adjusted for preload and FOX says the ride height comes pre-set to level your vehicle right out of the box. We do NOT agree with that! Not every Toyota Tundra has the same weight over the front wheels and not every Tundra owner can even agree on what a "Level Stance" really is. You must plan on having to adjust the spring preload on these shocks in order to achieve the ride height and look you want. If you have goals of running this shock BEYOND 3" of lift... don't do it! You are going to ruin the ride quality and wear out parts.
Optional Rear Shocks:
FOX rear shocks are offered as an option and are not included. The Fox 2.0 IFP and FOX 2.5 series shocks are built and valved specifically for use on a lifted Tundra. Please note, FOX rear shocks may NOT work if you have modified the rear suspension lift height beyond a 2" increase in suspension lift height. If your Tundra is running more than 2" inches of rear lift you will need different rear shocks. In that case you must contact us before purchasing using the selection box located above.
