This FOX Racing Shock # 883-06-162 is a complete coilover kit for the 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 model year Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks. Yes, these coilovers also fit the Trail Boss and AT4 trucks. The threaded body design allows for a wide adjustment range of lift over the factory height. This coilover kit includes pre-installed coil springs which makes for a much easier installation as no coil spring compressor is required. FOX direct replacement shocks deliver race-winning performance in a simple direct replacement bolt on shock. FOX Racing Coilover # 883-06-162 is designed for use on 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks. This coilover will also fit the Trail Boss and AT4 package equipped trucks but the additional lift height will be less on these models. This item is sold as a matched pair of front coilover shocks with reservoir mounting hardware. The listed price includes one pair of coilover shocks that are ready for installation on your GM truck. Please note - This item will not fit any 8-lug or 2500 / 3500 series trucks or SUV's.
Lift Height Information:
This coilover can be installed on standard Silverado and Sierra 1500 trucks and achieve up to 3.5" of lift over stock height. On the standard trucks an aftermarket upper control arm is highly recommended. This coilover can also be installed on Silverado 1500 Trail Boss and Sierra 1500 AT4 models but the maximum lift increase will be closer to 1.5" over the factory height. The additional lift height is nice but the reason you should be purchasing these coilovers is because the front shock assembly GM installed on your truck at the factory is built to a low price point and is a low performance part at best. FOX coilovers are a BIG suspension upgrade!
