FOX 2022 - current Toyota Tundra Performance Elite Series 2.5 Reservoir Coilovers # 883-06-218. These FOX coilovers are specifically designed for use on the 2022, 2023 and 2024 Toyota Tundra trucks. This coilover is compatible with 4x4 as well as 2wd models. These FOX Racing Shox come ready to install and include replacement coil springs, brackets to attach the reservoirs, and all the hardware necessary for installation. These shocks are a bolt on item and do not require any cutting or welding to install.

Performance Elite shocks improve the stock Tundra platform by eliminating the vehicle’s forward rake, providing a level ride height without hindering droop travel while also increasing the suspension articulation of your truck. Type III Anodize prevents corrosion and wear of the 2.5-inch aluminum bodies and external reservoirs efficiently dissipate heat by increasing internal oil capacity. Cooler shocks work better, longer.

The reservoirs on these coilovers feature FOX Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjusters; strategically mounted to eliminate interference with aggressive tires at full lock. FOX DSC (Dual Speed Compression)
You'll find that your specific set of expectations of how your vehicle will perform, the way you drive your vehicle, the terrain you’re driving over, and how your vehicle is set up will dictate some changes to low-speed compression, high-speed compression, or both. This is okay. There isn’t one setting to rule them all and that is why these FOX shocks have DSC adjusters. You can use the 10 clicks of low-speed compression adjustment and 12 clicks of high-speed compression adjustment to dial in the comfort and support of your shocks to fit your unique combination of expectations, driving style, terrain, and vehicle set up.

FOX Performance Elite Series Coil-over Reservoir shocks do provide improved damping. We agree with that. FOX coil-over shocks provide suspension damping and suspend the weight of the vehicle. We also agree with that! The integrated coil spring can be adjusted for preload and FOX says the ride height comes pre-set to level your vehicle right out of the box. We do NOT agree with that! Not every Toyota Tundra has the same weight over the front wheels and not every Tundra owner can even agree on what a "Level Stance" really is. You must plan on having to adjust the spring preload on these shocks in order to achieve the ride height and look you want. If you have goals of running this shock BEYOND 3" of lift... don't do it! You are going to ruin the ride quality and wear out parts. FOX has very specific max adjustment range measurements and some owners with "heavy" aftermarket accessories may not be able to achieve the full 3" inches of lift without exceeding FOX spring preload recommendations. Exceeding the FOX recommendation for max spring pre-load is NOT recommended. For optimal performance on and off-road, FOX Racing recommends limiting the amount of spring pre-load. Installation of an aftermarket upper control arm is required as this is the Extended Travel version of the FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series coilover.
