The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System for the 1996-2004 Toyota Tacoma is now World Famous for its on and off-road performance! Tacoma owners agree that the ICON # K53014 includes the best adjustable lift height coilovers available. ICON coilover shocks provide a user adjustable increase in vehicle height from 0 to 3" inches. Please note, 4x4 owners should limit height to around 2" inches over stock height to prevent CV boot issues unless running a Front Differential Drop (available separately). This ICON Coilover is custom built in-house by Icon Vehicle Dynamics and is simply the finest riding and handling replacement coilover you can bolt-on your 6-lug Tacoma.

ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 4 Suspension System # K53014. Designed for use on Toyota Tacoma 6-Lug 2wd and 4x4 Trucks this Stage 4 system will fit 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 model year trucks only. This kit will NOT fit 5-Lug Tacoma models. The ICON Extended Travel Coilover is matched with the ICON Delta Joint equipped Upper Control Arms to provide increased rebound suspension travel not available in the lower Stage systems. ICON Extended Travel Coilovers feature rod ends on both ends to allow for a bind free range of motion as the suspension cycles. The included rear suspension upgrades consist of the ICON Expansion Pack (3-Leaf mini pack # 51100) and ICON 2.0 Reservoir series rear shocks. This is the higher performing kit that ICON currently offers. The ride quality has to be experienced to be believed. The ride is great, if it wasn't Icon wouldn't build it and PerformanceLifts.com wouldn't sell it!
Important!
PerformanceLifts.com recommends that 4wd Tacoma owners with automatic hubs do NOT raise their Tacoma more than 2.0 inches beyond stock height! Automatic hub equipped Tacoma trucks with more than 2.0 inches of front lift can damage the CV boots and cause premature CV failure. If you own a 2wd Tacoma PreRunner you can easily get up to 3" of lift above stock height with these ICON Vehicle Dynamics # 58715 coilover shocks.
These replacement coilovers are designed to fit all 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004 model year Toyota Tacoma 4x4 and Tacoma PreRunner 2wd 6-lug Tacoma trucks. Installation is relatively easy and takes most customers between 3 to 4 hours. A front end alignment is strongly recommended when installing this suspension system.
