ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2005+ Toyota Tacoma RXT Leaf Spring # 158505. Includes 1 x ICON # 158505. To increase the ride quality of the truck and gain additional droop travel, the spring rate has been lowered slightly. While many Tacoma owners will embrace this, there are those who have outfitted their trucks with a significant amount of weight in the form of a bed rack, roof top tent, spare tires and parts or other additions. Understanding this, the ICON # 158505 leaf packs were designed to accommodate an additional leaf (included with kit) that can be exchanged or added to the pack yielding an additional 10% or 20% spring rate that will handle more "outfitted" vehicles. The primary goal that ICON had when developing the RXT Leaf Spring Packs was to increase the ride quality of the truck and to gain additional droop travel across a wide range of vehicle weights and configurations. For trucks that don't have a lot of additional weight over the rear axle the 158505 pack by itself is perfect for drivers seeking improved rear ride quality in an empty or unloaded vehicle. For Tacoma owners that have outfitted their trucks with a significant amount of additional weight in the form of a bed rack, roof top tent, spare tires, parts, or other additions, ICON has designed the 158505 to include an additional leaf that can be installed into the pack to provide a 10 to 20% spring rate boost.

Important - Please Read!
To get the most suspension travel and performance from these ICON Leaf Springs we HIGHLY recommend the installation of the ICON RXT specific rear shocks. ICON offers two different RXT rear shock absorbers for use with their RXT leaf springs and if you want to get the absolute maximum rear suspension travel and articulation the ICON shocks are the best way to do that.

Factory U-bolts cannot be reused as they will be too short for use with the taller ICON # 158505 leaf spring packs. ICON offers U-Bolt Kit # 52050 as an additional item that is purchased separately.
