ICON 2007 - 2021 Tundra 1.5" Lift Expansion Leaf Packs # 51200

ICON Expansion Leaf Pack # 51200 is designed for use on all 2007-2021 Toyota Tundra 2wd and 4x4 trucks. The reason the ICON 51200 Expansion Pack is so popular with Tundra owners is because of the increase in wheel travel and major improvement in ride comfort both on and off-road! This product is an excellent upgrade for customers looking to get the best performance from their Tundra rear suspension without the expense of a full replacement style race pack.

Installation Information:
Installation of the Icon 51200 Expansion Pack can be performed by most Toyota Tundra owners at home using basic hand tools, a floor jack, jack stands, and a good set of C-Clamps. This product does require dis-assembly of the factory leaf spring pack which is surprisingly easy to do. By retaining the factory main leaf the Expansion Pack installation difficulty is reduced. You will need to remove the factory U-bolts and the factory leaf spring pack centering pin. You should not need to remove the entire spring pack from the truck as the main leaf is retained during installation. This means the spring pivot and shackle bolts remain untouched. Please note, new longer U-bolts are included with this kit. The factory U-bolts will not be reused.

This item includes one pair of Icon 5-1200 Expansion Packs and one set of Icon Extended Length 7.5" long U-bolts. The U-Bolt kit does include new installation hardware. This item weighs 75 lbs and ships in a box approximately 6 FEET long! Unfortunately we are not able to offer free shipping on this item due to the size and weight.
