The ICON Stage 4 System includes all necessary components to transform the suspension performance on your Ram. ICON coilovers provide a better on and off-road ride than the factory shocks. The ICON Upper Control Arms are stronger and can better operate at steeper angles found during extreme off-road use. ICON Dual Rate Rear Coil-Springs lift the rear approximately 1.5" inches over stock and provide a nice increase in wheel travel. ICON uses a dual rate rear coil spring that is slightly softer than stock in the first rate and 75% stiffer in the second rate. This offers a better ride on and off-road and provides more stability when hauling or towing heavy loads. Lastly, Icon includes a pair of rear 2.5" diameter body piggy-back shocks. These shocks are tuned and valved specifically for the best on and off road performance. They are constructed of the same high quality components used in the all of ICON Vehicle Dynamics coil-over shocks. The PiggyBack Reservoir gives the shock added heat dissipation and its locations gives the shock an internal bump zone. This bump zone gives added control and stability when the suspension is pushed to full compression. Add it all up and you've got one serious suspension system for the 2009 - 2018 1500 4x4 Ram trucks!
