Pro Comp Suspension 2015 - 2020 Ford F150 4X4 Passenger and Driver Spindle Box Kit # 52221B-2. These spindles are ONLY designed for use on a 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 or 2020 Ford F150 4x4 truck equipped with a Pro Comp K4189B, K4189BP, K4189BPX or K4189BPS suspension lift system. If you have damaged your driver or passenger side spindle these are the exact same ones used in select Pro Comp 6" Suspension Lift systems. Please note that this item should only be purchased if your F-150 is already equipped with a complete Pro Comp 6" lift kit.

This is NOT a complete lift kit. This is one individual component box kit. This item includes the Passenger Side Spindle # 90-40870, Driver Side Spindle # 90-40869 and a Brake Line Extension and Hardware Pack only! Please refer to graphic displaying the contents of this box kit for additional part number information.
