ProComp 2014 Silverado & Sierra 6" Lift # K1154B - Steel Suspension

Explorer Procomp 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 Series 6" Lift Kit. This suspension lift system is engineered to deliver amazing performance both on- and off-road. With 6" inches of suspension lift you can run up to 35" tall tires. With additional height and larger tires your new GM truck have a more aggressive stance and attitude. This lift is 100% compatible with the factory StabiliTrak electronic stability control system.The approximate installation time is 6 to 8 hours.

IMPORTANT:
Starting with the 2014 Silverado and Sierra there are now two different types of suspension configurations. One is an aluminum package which includes forged aluminum steering knuckles as well as aluminum upper and lower control arms. The other is a steel package which includes cast steel steering knuckles with forged steel upper and lower control arms. The Aluminum suspension components are Silver in color. The Steel suspension components are Black in color. Another easy test is a Magnet will stick to the steel components and NOT to the Aluminum components. Please make sure you verify your vehicle’s factory suspension material type before purchasing or installing your Pro Comp suspension system.

Recommended maximum tire and rim size: 35" x 12.50" on 17"-20" diameter, 8" or 9" wide rims with up to 5.00" backspacing. Explorer ProComp also offers shock absorber upgrades for use with their 6" lift. The K1154B includes a steel spacer that retains the front shock and a pair of extended length ES9000 series shocks for the back. The K1154BMX includes ProComp 2.75 replacement front coilovers and MX-6 series rear shocks. K1154BP includes a steep spacer for the front shocks and a pair of Pro Runner MonoTube shocks for the rear. K1154BPS includes a steel spacer, a pair of Pro Runner MonoTube front shocks and a pair of Pro Runner rear shocks.  Finally K1154BPX includes Procomp 2.75 Coilovers for the front and Pro Runner MonoTube shocks for the rear.
