Pro Comp GM Pro-X Series Front Shock Absorber # 924560B

The Pro Comp PRO-X # 924560B is the ultimate Nitrogen gas stabilized shock absorber in its price range. This shock is most commonly installed on the front suspension of a 1988 - 1998 GM K1500 or K2500 series truck with a 6" suspension lift installed. If your Chevy or GMC is equipped with a shorter front lift height this shock will most likely be too long. This shock is NOT designed for installation on stock height vehicles. The Pro Comp PRO-X Twin Tube Shocks offer good damping performance and are intended for GM trucks that see a lot of paved roads with the occasional off-road adventure. They feature a high-quality general-purpose twin tube design and are specifically designed for use on a lifted truck. With 10 stage velocity sensitive valving, the shock accommodates various road conditions while improving your vehicles handling characteristics. The large 5/8 inch chrome hardened piston rod and unique Teflon rebound stop delivers a comfortable highway ride and the ability to handle the most demanding driving conditions. Sold individually.
