These Explorer ProComp Lateral Traction Bars # 71000B are designed to help reduce leaf spring wrap and wheel hop during acceleration. Pro Comp Lateral Traction Bars have a double tube design that can be used both on and off-road. Pro Comp engineers these bars to reduce axle wrap on lifted vehicles, without reducing valuable ground clearance or suspension articulation. These ProComp Trac Bars have a reversed hourglass design that provides additional rear suspension stability while still allowing for sufficient rear suspension travel. Explorer Procomp engineers their Traction Bar Kits to fit specific vehicles that provides for a perfect fit and easy installation. For that reason these Traction Bars are sold specifically for use on certain trucks and SUV's only. The 71000B Traction Bars are 50" inches long and are sold in pairs. These have a medium gloss Black powder coat finish.
Please note that the required Mounting Kit is sold separately!
The 71000B includes the pair of Traction Bars and pivot bushings and sleeves. Mounting brackets are NOT included! In order to install these on your vehicle you must select and purchase the correct Mounting Kit for your vehicle. If you don't see your vehicle listed that means ProComp does not yet offer a Mounting Kit for your vehicle.
