Rancho 2015-2016 Ford F150 4x4 4.5" Suspension Lift # RS66500B

Rancho 4.5" Lift Kit # RS66500B will fit 2015 and 2016 model year Ford F150 4x4 trucks. Does NOT fit 2wd models! This kit can clear up to 35-in. tires and will not affect the AdvanceTrac with RSC system. The kit features a one-piece reinforced subframe, made from HSLA steel & DOM tubing. A major cost saving benefit is this lift does allows for reuse of the stock 18-in. or 20-in. wheels. To help maintain proper steering and handling the rack & pinion are retained in the stock location and the O.E. tie rod ends are reused. The CNC machined extended steering knuckles will allow the truck to be aligned to O.E. specifications.

Rancho’s CNC machined steering knuckles maintain optimal steering geometry and allows for precision alignment to OE specifications. Steering integrity is uncompromised by maintaining the stock location of the factory rack and pinion steering. Combined these features improve handling and eliminate bump steer. Ranchos exclusive high clearance one-piece sub-frame adds superior strength and stability to the vehicle and also precisely relocates the lower control arms and differential. The positioning of the differential is calibrated to correct both CV and drivetrain angles. This ensures a vibration free ride and protects components against premature wear. No drivetrain or exhaust modifications are necessary making this a complete bolt on system. The rear height is lifted less than the front in order to achieve a level stance. The rear is lifted via Lift Blocks that feature integrated bump stop pads and extended U-Bolts.

Tire & Wheel Information:
This system allows the use of the factory Ford 18" and 20" wheels and stock size tires. Please note that when running larger than factory size tires aftermarket wheels with less back space than the factory wheel will be required. Rancho recommends aftermarket wheels running larger than stock size tires have no more than 5.60" inches of back space. This system will properly clear up to 35" diameter tires on a 9" wide wheel with up to 5.60" inches of back space.

To accompany the industry’s finest suspension system one needs the industry's finest and most proven shock absorbers. Rancho currently offers their RS5000X and RS7000MT MonoTube shocks for use with this lift. If you want to retain your existing front shock and spring assembly you will need to purchase Rancho Factory Strut Spacer # RS886519. Please note that shock absorbers are not included with the kit but are available for purchase using the drop down selection box located near the ADD TO CART button.
