RCD GM Bump Stop Extension # 20-51292-15. This replacement part is ONLY for use on 2001 - 2010 2500HD and 3500 series Chevrolet and GMC trucks equipped with the RCD 6" Suspension Lift. This item includes ONLY the Rear Suspension Bump Stop Extension. The extension is necessary to prevent the suspension from traveling too far into compression. If your bumpstop extension is either damaged or missing the rear suspension can cycle too far "up" which can allow larger than stock size tires to run the inner wheel well and fender opening.
