This RCV axle set features double-offset inboard CV joints for a friction-free plunge and fixed outboard CVs for maximum operating angle capability. All CV internal components and the axle shaft are made from 300M, the strongest material in the industry that has been optimized for strength and durability. RCV high-performance spec grease comes standard in each kit, engineered to control CV heat buildup in even the most extreme use environments
The center shaft and CV housings come powder coated for durability. This axle set is designed to be a direct factory replacement.... not designed for any Bronco running a Long Travel suspension system (wider control arms) or Raptor edition models.
