Over the past year ReadyLift received a lot of requests from first generation Crosstrek owners that wanted a ReadyLIFT SST Lift Kit solution for their 2013-2017 platform. ReadyLift is excited to announce that they now offer a great lift solution for the 1st Gen Crosstrek. The ReadyLift 69-9315 SST Lift Kit provides 1.5" of front and rear lift on the 2013-2017 first-gen Crosstrek vehicles (Premium, Premium CVT and Limited CVT). Using the same lift technology developed for the newer global platform CrossTrek and Outback, ReadyLift engineers recently completed a brand new kit design that blends the offset front strut technology with a rear sub-frame drop solution. This 1.5" lift system provides a taller stance that increases ground clearance and allows for larger tires. ReadyLift 1.5" Front & 1.5" Rear SST Lift Kit # 69-9315. This suspension lift is designed for use on 1st Generation 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 model year Subaru Crosstrek vehicles. It provides approximately 1.5" of front lift and 1.5" of rear lift. This lift combination creates an exceptional improved stance that, when combined with a P215/75-15 tire, results in a substantial increase of ground clearance at the rockers, a more aggressive appearance and the right amount of addition tire sidewall for a more comfortable, capable ride on and off road.
The 69-9315 arrives complete and ready to bolt-on. It requires no vehicle modifications, installs in half the time of other kits, and retains the factory camber and caster for ideal alignment courtesy of the unique offset spacer design. This Subaru Crosstrek SST Lift Kit maintains the factory driving dynamics while accommodating up to a 215/75-15 tire on a 15x7 wheel with +10 mm offset. (Minor trimming may be required depending on tire brand and tread design).
Installation Notes:
Some lifted Subaru models may exhibit a low speed 'rumble' or 'grumble' between 17-22 MPH. This is usually caused by soft and/or aging rubber in the factory transmission mount. When the lift is installed the new CV angles of the lifted vehicle make this more pronounced. The issue can usually be fixed by installing an aftermarket 'anti-wobble' transmission mount or mount insert. This part is NOT included in the ReadyLift SST kit as not all Subaru vehicles will have this issue.
Installation:
This Suspension Lift Kit can be installed using basic hand tools and does NOT require the use of a strut or spring compressor. Detailed printed instructions are included that provide you with all of the information you will need to install this leveling kit. An alignment will be necessary upon completion.
