Revtek Toyota 1" Diff Drop # RTDD1-KB
This Revtek RTDD1-KB 1" Front Differential Drop Spacer kit is designed to reduce the inner CV angle approximately 2.5 degrees on 4wd Toyota Tundra, Tacoma and 4Runner models when an aftermarket strut spacer or coilover lift has been installed. This inexpensive upgrade will help extend the life of the factory inner CV boots. Zinc plated CNC differential spacers are designed to reduce corrosion. This RTDD1-KB Differential Drop Kit is highly recommended if you are running any aftermarket coilover, a pre-load lift shock like the Bilstein Adjustable Spring Seat Shock, or a strut spacer style lift kit. Installation normally requires less than 1/2 hour. The factory skid plate can be re-installed with this component.

RTDD1-KB Installation Procedure:
1. Remove skid plate under the front of the vehicle. Save the OEM bolts.
2. Remove factory 19mm x 7” long bolts and nuts, supporting the front differential. Save the OEM washers for step 3.
3. Install Revtek spacers RTDDS-1 between the two front differential supports and front cross-member. Fasten to cross-member using new 1/2" x 8” long bolts and nuts (making sure to reuse the factory washers).
4. Install the FRONT skid plate using OEM bolts on the front and two (2) new M8 x 35mm bolts in the rear.
5. Torque skid plate bolts to factory Toyota specs.
