Smittybilt’s new Command Series Dual-Motor Electric Steps # S/BPWD3002 are designed for installation on 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, 2500 and 3500 series trucks. Made with safety in mind, the built-in resistance sensors will stop operation if an obstruction is sensed, preventing damage to the steps’ motors or injury to passengers. When not in use, the running boards tuck under the truck and provide paint protection to the underside of your rocker panels. Additionally, each Command AutoStep package comes with an override switch so that when the vehicle is on a trail or on a lift being serviced the switch will deactivate step deployment which prevents any unintended damage. Sturdy end caps are installed to protect steps and reduce debris build-up.
