Total Chaos Fab 2005 - 2015 Toyota Tacoma Spring Under Conversion Kit # 86450-LD. The Light Duty leaf springs included in this package are designed for installation on a Tacoma that is normally relatively empty and not regularly towing a heavy tongue weight trailer. If you haul heavy loads on a regular basis of if your truck is equipped with a heavy camper shell, bed racks or equipment, the Heavy Duty Duty kit is probably a better choice.

This kit will completely replace the factory Toyota leaf springs. If you weren't happy with the performance or stance that the Toyota TSB this is a great upgrade. This spring kit will eliminate driver side bed sag on your Tacoma. How you ask? Simple, the leaf springs packs used in this system are driver and passenger side specific. The driver side spring pack has a small amount of additional arch designed to level the truck.

While this Spring Under Conversion can retain the factory rear shock mounts a set of custom shock mounts can be installed to maximize wheel travel by allowing the use of longer shock absorbers. When using the stock shock mounting location the suspension travel is limited to approximately 9.5" inches. With custom shock mounts and longer shocks the system is capable of providing 12" inches of travel. Prerunner (2wd 6-Lug) models will require drive line modifications. The addition of a slip yoke on the forward end of the driveshaft will be necessary. Professional welding will be required to complete the installation. Total Chaos knows Toyota owners like options so this system has been designed to work with factory rubber bump stops or the Total Chaos 2.0 Bump Stop System.
