Total Chaos Fab 2005 - 2015 Toyota Tacoma Spring Under Conversion Kit # 86450. This Spring Under Conversion does allow you to retain the factory rear shock mounts but a set of custom shock mounts should be installed to maximize wheel travel by allowing the use of longer shock absorbers. When using the stock shock mounting location the suspension travel is limited to approximately 9.5" inches. With custom shock mounts and longer shocks the system is capable of providing 12" inches of travel. Prerunner (2wd 6-Lug) models will require drive line modifications. The addition of a slip yoke on the forward end of the driveshaft will be necessary. Professional welding will be required to complete the installation. Total Chaos knows Toyota owners like options so this system has been designed to work with factory rubber bump stops or the Total Chaos 2.0 Bump Stop System.
