Total Chaos Expedition Series Lower Control Arm Kit # 86555-E-16-NSS fits 2016 - 2023 Toyota Tacoma PreRunner and Tacoma 4x4 models. Total Chaos took all of the experience they have building suspension systems for race vehicles and put it into this new Expedition Series Lower Control Arm design. This Expedition Series product is an evolution of the Race Series part and features updates that make it a lot more daily driver friendly. This arm kit is still constructed from 100% laser cut 4130 chromoly so it's extremely strong but not over weight. Don't think that light weight means you are giving up strength... the boxed design and 4130 Chromoly material is the same as you find on vehicles running the Dakar and similar off-road endurance rally events. The shape of the lower arm also maximizes ground clearance and features an integrated lower uniball cup that doesn't hang down as far as a bolt on ball-joint does.

This Expedition Series Stock Width Lower Control Arm # 86555-E-16-NSS includes a 1" Stainless Steel Uniball that replaces the factory lower ball joints. Replaceable polyurethane pivot bushings include zerk fittings for easy maintenance. Total Chaos includes installation instructions and all necessary hardware. This product is 100% made in the United States of America!
