Performance Lifts modifies a standard Bilstein 24-185400 shock absorber by pressing out the lower barpin and bushing and replacing it with a new bushing and bar pin that has the correct mounting width for use on the 2003-2013 Ram 2500 2wd and 2003-2012 Ram 3500 series trucks. Not for use on Mono Beam 2wd models! This allows the use of a Bilstein 5100 series shock on a lifted Ram 2500 / 3500 2wd and they work great on vehicles running suspension lifts and larger than stock tires. This shock is not recommended for use on stock height trucks.
