This is the "Heavy Spring" kit designed for vehicles equipped with 150 to 200 lbs of additional front weight. Aftermarket bumper, winch, skid plates, etc. This shock and spring package is your absolute best bang-for-the-buck leveling kit option for the 4Runner and FJ. You can lift and level your Toyota without causing the hyper-extension problems common that spacer style kits cause. Even better, you can get rid of the crummy factory shock and spring and replace it with the Bilstein 6112 series shock package. This Bilstein shock will provide different vehicles with a wide range of different ride height increases. Please note, this shock does not provide a "Stock" height option. These Bilstein shocks are sold in pairs. As an option, Performance Lifts also offers Bilstein 5100 and 5160 Series Rear Shock absorbers, sold separately. The rear Bilstein shocks are designed to work on stock height vehicle and those lifted up to 1.5" in the rear.
