This CST Shift Linkage Bracket Kit # CSS-C22-7 is designed for use on all 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 model year 4wd 2500HD and 3500 series Silverado and Sierra trucks equipped with a CST CV Style High Angle Front Driveshaft. This item is necessary to prevent damage to the factory shift linkage when running the larger diameter CST driveshaft. Failure to install this product can allow the CST driveshaft to rip the factory linkage right off the truck. This item is installed using existing hardware. CST Shift Linkage Bracket Kit # CSS-C22-7. This item will fit all 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 model year Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500 series trucks equipped with the Allison automatic transmission. Please note, if your truck is equipped with the 6.0L engine or the manual transmission this item is not necessary. This item will NOT fit 2011 or newer model year trucks!
