This CST Performance Suspension 2" Lift Block Kit # CSS-C20-2 is designed for use on 2011 - 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD trucks. This block has a tapered design and features a built in bumpstop pad. CST blocks features a single centering pin design and are for use on the REAR axle of a vehicle only! This item includes a pair of CST 2" Fabricated Steel Tapered Lift Blocks and Extended Length U-Bolts with hardware.

This CST CSS-C20-2 Lift Block & U-Bolt Kit is designed to fit 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 model year Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD trucks only. This item will NOT fit any 3500 series truck as the included U-bolt will be too short. CST fabricates their lift blocks from plate steel and finishes them with a medium gloss Black Powder Coat.
