CST 2011-2019 GM 2500HD & 3500 3-6" Stage 1 Lift # CSK-G18-1

The CST CSK-G18-1 Stage 1 Suspension System will provide between 4-6" inches of front suspension lift depending on how the torsion bars are adjusted. This lift is designed for use on the 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 model year Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500 series trucks. And yes, this lift fits both 2wd and 4x4 models. CST designed their all new lift to provide 3" inches of suspension lift with the torsion bars set below the factory setting. Doing this provides a very compliant ride that soaks up the bumps like you can't believe. This adjustable lift system can provide between 4" inches and 6" inches of total front suspension lift height. The drop subframe provides a true 4" inches of lift and from there you can either adjust the torsion bar settings to provide 4" inches or all the way up to 6" inches of lift. Please note that installation of CST Torsion Lift Keys will be required to achieve 6" inches of front suspension lift. CST Torsion Lift Keys are not included with this kit but can be purchased separately. By default this kit includes a 1" lift block and extended length U-bolts. Additional rear lift may be necessary to achieve desired stance when the front suspension is set to 4" inches or higher. Additional rear lift options are available for purchase separately.

Tire Sizing Information:
At the 4" lift height setting the CST kit can clear up to a 33" diameter tire on most 8" or 9" wide wheels with approximately 5" to 5.25" inches of back space. Use of 10" or wider wheels will in almost all cases cause the tire to rub when turning. For this reason CST recommends that wheels with a width of 8" to 9" inches be used.  With the kit adjusted to provide the full 6" inches of front suspension lift the use of up to a 35" diameter tire is possible with minor trimming. Tire size information is based on the use of an 8" to 9" wide wheel. Use of smaller tires may be required when running 10" or wider wheels or wheels with less than 5.00" inches of backspace.

Wheel Fitment Information:
Factory GM 18" wheels are NOT compatible with this lift. Factory GM 20" wheels are compatible with this lift. When running larger than stock tires on an aftermarket 18" wheel the back space must not exceed 5.25" inches. When running a 20" or larger diameter wheel the back space must not exceed 5.75" inches. Use of wheels that are 10" inches or wider is against CST's recommendation due to the increased likelyhood that the front tires will rub when turning. If you want to run a WIDE wheel or a wheel with very low offset you can but the use of a smaller diameter tire may be required to prevent rubbing.

Shock Absorber Options:
The factory front and rear shock absorber is retained with the CST Stage 1 # CSK-G18-1 Kit. CST includes a shock spacer bracket that retains the original factory installed front shock absorber. Upgraded front shock absorber options are available for those looking to upgrade their Basic lift to a Performance oriented version. CST does not include but offers a number of different front and rear shock options. The CST Dirt Series 2.0 Emulsion, CST Dirt Series 2.0 Reservoir and CST 2.5 Pro Series shock options are also available using the selection boxes located beneath this item description.

Additional Information:
This CST Suspension Lift System is Stabilitrak and Sway Control compatible. CST does not take shortcuts and does not bring any product to market that cannot meet their very strict requirements for safety and driveability. The CST steering knuckles and welded subframe have been designed to retain the factory track width within 1/4" per side. Every CST component used in this suspension lift has been built to exceed the strength of the factory GM components they replace. And to protect the factory components, CST includes a front differential skid plate. All of the major components are powder coated in a high quality Gloss Black finish.
