This CST Performance Suspension lift kit is designed to provide 2014 - 2018 model year Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 owners with the highest quality 4.5" Suspension Lift available on the market today! This CST 4.5" Suspension Lift System is built around a welded steel subframe that drops the front differential and lower control arms down approximately 4.5" inches. This is important because it helps to maintain the factory front axle shaft operating angles and prevents any binding or additional wear that lower quality kits can cause. CST Peformance Suspension Stage 4 Lift System # CSK-C3-19-44 provides 4.5" of lift and is designed to fit 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 series trucks equipped with the factory Aluminum or Stamped Steel suspension. While CST designed this lift primarily for use on 4x4 trucks it also fits 2wd models.
With 4.5" inches of front suspension lift you will be able to run up to 35" tires. Please note that running 35" tires may require some trimming. The Silver truck displayed in our product pictures is running a 35x12.50" tire on an 18x9 wheel that has 5.71" inches of back space. The CST 4.5" kit will also allow the use of both factory or aftermarket wheels. The CST design does not increase track width which means you can select from a wide range of wheel sizes to give your truck the exact look you want. If you have a minimal increase width increase you can run an 8" or 9" wide wheel with up to 5.71" inches of back space. If you prefer a wider stance a wheel with less back space can be used to push the track width out further.

This CST Stage 4 Lift includes CST Dirt Series 2.5 coilovers and CST Dirt Series 2.0 Rear Shock Absorbers (non-reservoir). The Stage 4 system includes new CST extended travel upper control arms # CSS-C2-17. These control arms offer an upgrade in strength and look much nicer than the factory GM upper arms.
