CST 2019+ Ram 1500 2wd 4" Lift Spindle # CSS-D1-6

This CST 4" Lift Spindle # CSS-D1-6 is designed to fit 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Ram 1500 2wd model year trucks built on the standard suspension. This spindle will not fit air suspension equipped models. Will not fit any truck factory equipped with 22" wheels. CST Fabricated Lift Spindles have been available for older Ram 1500 2wd trucks for over a decade and they haven proven to be extremely reliable for on and off-road use. CST Performance Suspension engineers have been modifying and refining their spindles over the years and currently offer without a doubt the finest 4" Fabricated spindle currently available for the 2019+ Ram 1500 2wd pickup trucks.

The CSS-D1-6 spindles will lift the front of the Ram 1500 2wd an honest 4 inches and maintains the smooth stock ride! The CST 4" Lift Spindles are stronger than the stock pieces they replace. Another benefit is lift spindles also increase ground clearance under the front cross member by a full four inches. These CST Lift Spindles provide clearance for larger than stock tires and give your 2wd Ram more ground clearance than most lifted Ram 1500 4x4s!

Ordering Information

The CSS-D1-6 part number by itself includes one pair of CST 4" Lift Fabricated Spindles and basic installation hardware. Extended front brake hoses are required when installing this spindle. Extended Front Brake Hoses are not included with the CSS-D1-6 part number. A Rear Suspension Lift is also not included. Tire and Wheel Info:

The first question most customers ask us if this spindle is compatible with factory wheels. The answer is factory 17" wheels WILL NOT FIT. Use of the factory Ram 20" wheels will work but the tire width must not exceed 12.00" inches or 305mm. If running aftermarket 17" or 18" diameter wheels we recommend the wheel have no more than 4.75" inches of back space. When running aftermarket 20" or larger diameter wheels we recommend the wheel have no more than 5.25" inches of back space.

Additional Tire Size Information:

Installation of larger than recommended tire sizes (or wider than stock wheels) will most likely require trimming.
