CST 2019 - 2023 Ram 1500 2wd 4" Lift Spindle # CSS-D1-8

This CST 4" Lift Spindle # CSS-D1-8 is designed to fit 2019 - 2024 5th Generation Ram 1500 DT 2wd model year trucks built on the standard coil spring suspension. Sorry, this spindle lift is not designed for use on Air Suspension equipped models or those factory equipped with 22" wheels! CST Lift Spindles have been available for previous generation Ram 1500 2wd trucks for over a decade and they have proven themselves to be extremely reliable for both on and off-road use. CST Performance Suspension engineers have been modifying and refining their spindle designs over the years and currently offer without a doubt the finest USA made 4" spindles currently available for the 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 Ram 1500 2wd pickup trucks.

The CSS-D1-8 spindles will lift the front of the Ram 1500 2wd an honest 4 inches and maintains the smooth stock ride! The CST 4" Lift Spindles are stronger than the stock pieces they replace. Another benefit is lift spindles also increase ground clearance under the front cross member by a full four inches. These CST Lift Spindles provide clearance for larger than stock tires and give your 2wd Ram more ground clearance than most lifted Ram 1500 4x4s!

Ordering Information

The CSS-D1-8 part number by itself includes one pair of CST 4" Cast Iron Lift Spindles and basic installation hardware. Extended front brake hoses are required when installing this spindle. Extended Front Brake Hoses are not included with the CSS-D1-8 part number. Additional rear suspension lift may be required and will be owner dependent... not every truck owner wants the same stance. These options can be purchased via this page using the selection boxes located near the Add to Cart button. CST also offers a complete "kit" under a different part number. We offer the spindles by themselves for customers wanting to put together their own lift system.

Tire and Wheel Info:

This lift spindle will work with factory Ram 20" wheels and tires not to exceed 12.00" inches or 305mm width. This spindle will NOT clear factory wheels smaller than 20" in diameter. When running aftermarket 20" (or larger) diameter wheels we recommend that the wheel have no more than 5.25" inches of back space. If running aftermarket 17" wheels we recommend the wheel have no more than 4.75" inches of back space. Will NOT fit trucks factory equipped with 22" wheels!
