This CST Upper Control Arm kit is designed for use with 2019 and newer Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC 1500 Trucks built on the new chassis. Not for use on "Classic" edition 2019 trucks. This CST Upper Control Arm is designed only to work with the factory GM Steering Knuckle or any aftermarket steering knuckle or lift spindle that uses the same factory size upper ball-joint taper. Basically, if you are running a lift or leveling kit and currently have a factory upper control arm on your vehicle now this CSS-C2-18 should be a direct bolt-on replacement. CST Performance Suspension Dirt Series UniBall Upper Control Arm Kit # CSS-C2-18 will fit 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 model year Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks. The primary goal of this control arm is to provide additional strength and suspension travel over the factory GM arm. This CST UniBall arm features an all new and improved design over previous part numbers. This Generation II design features a sealed UniBall top cap which helps improve Uni-Ball life by reducing the amount of contaminants that can enter the Uni-Ball itself. Please note that the taper on this particular CSS-C2-18 control arm is matched to the factory steering upright (knuckle) taper. This means the CSS-C2-18 will bolt right up to a factory GM steering upright without any drilling or modifications. This item requires the use of wheels with 5.25" back space or less to prevent the tire from rubbing the arm tube when turning.
