CST Dirt Series 2.0 Shock Absorber # CSA-5526

CST offers the CSA-5526 2.0 Dirt Series Emulsion Shock for Silverado and Sierra owners that want the performance of a CST Race Style Shock but that do not need an external reservoir. These shocks are built specifically for use on the rear suspension of 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Silverado 2500HD / 3500 and Sierra 2500HD / 3500 trucks equipped with the CST 6-8" Suspension Lift.

This Dirt Series # CSA-5526 Shock Absorber features a Urethane Bushing and Sleeve upper and lower mount instead of a metal bearing like most 2.0 Race Shocks. Why does CST use a Urethane Bushing instead of a Metal on Metal bearing? Urethane bushings are quieter and absorb more vibrations than a metal on metal bearing does. For a daily driver the Urethane bushing is a much better option.
