This CST CSS-C29-18 aluminum skid plate is designed for use on 2014-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 2wd trucks and replaces the factory plastic skid plate. This Skid Plate is compatible with stock vehicles and those equipped with the CST 3.5" - 5.5" Spindle Lift System. This CST Aluminum Skid Plate # CSS-C29-18 is a direct fit replacement for the factory plastic front skid plate found on the 2-wheel drive 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Chevrolet and GMC 1500 series trucks. The factory installed GM plastic skid plate is prone to cracking and this CST replacement aluminum skid plate is a much stronger and better looking solution. This skid plate can be installed on completely stock vehicles or those equipped with a CST 3.5" to 5.5" Spindle Lift suspension lift. Please note that this item is only designed for use on 2wd models.
