Deaver Chevrolet Silverado & GMC Sierra Mini Pack # J1

Deaver Spring # J1 Mini Packs are designed for use on 1999-2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks and the 2001-2010 Chevrolet and GMC 2500HD trucks. Please note that Performance Lifts only sells the Deaver J1 Mini Packs in matched pairs. One pair of Deaver Spring Company J1 Mini Packs includes two complete mini leaf packs and new centering pins and hardware. Please note that U-bolts are NOT included with Deaver Mini Packs! Deaver Mini Packs feature two 3/8" thick bottom pack spacers that can be removed to provide a different range of lift heights. At maximum lift these J1 packs will provide approximately 2" inches of lift over stock height on 2500HD Rear Wheel trucks (non-Dually) and approximately 3" inches of lift on 1500 Series trucks. If you remove one 3/8" thick bottom plate spacer the lift height will be reduced by 3/8" and if you remove both 3/8" thick bottom mount spacers the lift height is reduced by 3/4" inch. This adjustability allows you to fine tune the rear suspension ride height and even allows for side to side adjustment if your truck is leaning to one side or the other.

Deaver Mini Packs are built from the ground up to provide a superior ride. The Deaver J1 Mini-Packs will replace the factory overload leaf in your spring pack. This means if you tow or haul very heavy loads the Deaver Mini Packs may require the addition of an auxiliary air bag system to support your additional tow or haul weight. Replacement of the factory overload leaf gives you a much more progressive (softer) spring rate from initial compression to full compression. When the factory overload leaf engages the rear suspension sees a big SPIKE in spring rate stiffness. The J1 can eliminate this spike and provides a much more comfortable rough road ride.
