Deaver 2017 - 2020 Ford F150 Raptor +5" Heavy Duty Rear Leaf Spring Kit # P18HD

This Deaver Spring Company Leaf Spring Pack # P18HD has been purpose built for use on the 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 model year GEN 2 Ford Raptor Trucks. These leaf springs are most commonly installed on a Raptor that is running a BDS 4" or Fabtech 4" suspension lift system. The P18HD allows you to remove the TALL blocks that BDS / Fabtech provide. Reducing the block height reduces wheel hop and spring wrap during acceleration. The Deaver P18HD referred to as a +5" Spring Pack. What does that mean? It means the increased arch of the P18HD springs will provide approximately 5" more lift height than the factory installed Ford leaf packs give you. If you decide to install the Deaver P18HD +5" Spring Pack and remove the factory 2" lift blocks (a popular modification) you will gain 3" of rear suspension ride height. This spring pack will provide your Raptor with much improved rough road performance over the factory spring packs. If you retain the factory 2" block this +5" Deaver P18HD pack will increase the rear suspension ride height by approximately 5" inches over stock.

Deaver recognized that Raptor owners needed a Heavy Duty version of the standard P18 pack. This P18HD pack is designed to better support approximately 500 lbs of additional weight. This makes the P18HD the perfect addition for a Raptor that regularly hauls additional weight around. Tools, gear such as additional spare tires, fuel dump cans, tool boxes, etc. The P18HD is also a good option if you use your Raptor to frequently tow with. The additional weight carrying capacity of the Deaver HD spring packs provide a more level stance (less squat) when additional weight is placed over the rear of the truck. Installation Note:
Installation requires cutting the factory front spring pivot bolt. Cutting this bolt allows it to be removed without having to drop the gas tank. A pair of replacement 18mm pivot bolts are included with this Deaver P18HD Leaf Spring Kit.
