Fabtech 2" Rear Lift Block 2004-2018 F150 # FTSBK22

Fabtech Motorsports 2" Ford F150 Block Kit # FTSBK22. On a stock 2004-2015 Ford F150 2wd (rear wheel drive) truck this block will provide 2" inches of lift over the factory height. On the 2004-2008 Ford F150 4x4 this block is the same height as the factory installed block. If you own a 2009-2015 Ford F-150 4x4 truck this block will provide 1/2" of additional lift height when replacing the factory block.

Please note:
To install these blocks you will most likely need to purchase extended length U-bolts. The factory U-bolts are in almost all cases too short and MUST be replaced!!! We offer the correct U-bolt for purchase separately below. A block lift will only work with vehicles that have leaf springs installed above the rear axle. If you've lowered your F150 by flipping the springs these blocks will NOT work on your vehicle!

This item Includes one pair of 2" lift Fabtech FTSBK22 Cast Iron Lift Blocks. U-bolts must be purchased separately and are not included in the block price! Fabtech recommends the use of their FTS350UBK U-bolt kit with their FTSBK22 block kit.
