Fabtech 2004 - 2023 F150 5" Rear Lift Block # FTSBK52

Fabtech Motorsports Ford F150 5" Block Kit # FTSBK52. This item fits 2004 - 2023 Ford F150 2wd and 4x4 trucks. Most F-150 4x4 trucks come factory equipped with a 2" block. When installing this block on an otherwise stock 4x4 F150 the increase in height over stock will be approximately 3" inches. Please note you MUST REMOVE the factory block when installing this block kit. On a 2wd F150 there is no factory installed block so the FTSBK52 will provide 5" of lift over stock height.

Please note:

To install these blocks you will most likely need extended length U-bolts. The factory U-bolts are NOT long enough and MUST be replaced. We recommend the Fabtech FTS737 U-bolt and offer it for purchase separately above this description using the selection box. A block lift will only work with vehicles that have leaf springs installed above the rear axle. If you've lowered your F150 by flipping the springs to below the axle tube these blocks will NOT work on your vehicle!

Item FTSBK52 includes one pair of Fabtech cast iron 5" lift blocks. Fabtech FTS737 U-bolts can be purchased separately and are not included in the block price! Extended length rear shocks will also be required if you are increasing the rear suspension lift height on your truck.
