FOX 2009-2018 Ram 1500 4x4 Factory Series 2.5 Reservoir Coilover # 883-02-137

FOX Racing Factory Series 2.5 Reservoir # 883-02-137 fits 2009 - 2018 Ram 1500 4x4 trucks with the Diesel engines only. This coilover is not designed for use on Gasoline or Factory Air Ride equipped models. The advertised price includes one pair of FOX coilover shocks. These coil over shocks will fit 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019 Ram 1500 4x4 models. The external reservoir allows additional oil and nitrogen capacity and further enhances cooling. The reservoir comes with mounting hardware included.

Ram REBEL / Air Suspension Information:
A growing number of Ram Rebel owners have experienced total factory front air shock failure during off-road use. When the factory front air shock fails the truck basically collapses under the weight. With the collapsed suspension the truck should not be driven. This FOX Coilover can be installed to ELIMINATE the factory front air shocks. You will lose the Air Shock adjustability but this coilover is a far more reliable option for owners that take their trucks off-road or to remote job sites.

With this coilover adjusted to provide an increase in ride height you can run a larger than stock size tire. PerformanceLifts.com recommends test fitting all aftermarket tire and wheel combinations before operating the vehicle.

FOX also offers matching rear shock absorbers, FOX Factory Series 2.5 PiggyBack Reservoir part number 883-24-029. The FOX 2.5 Reservoir Rear Shocks are sold in pairs and offer improved performance over the factory Ram shocks. The FOX 883-24-029 rear shocks will work on stock height trucks as well as those equipped with up to 1.5" inches of lift. The FOX Rear Shocks similar construction and have the same appearance and many of the same features as the FOX 2.5 Factory Series Coilover. Please note installation of FOX Rear Shocks on vehicles with factory Air Suspension will eliminate the factory Air Suspension feature.
