FOX 2014-2018 Ram 1500 4x4 EcoDiesel 0-2" Lift Coilover # 985-02-020

FOX Racing Coilover IFP # 985-02-020 fits Ram 1500 4x4 trucks with the 3.0L EcoDiesel engines only. This coilover is not designed for use on Gasoline powered or Factory Air Ride equipped models. The advertised price includes one pair of Fox coilover shocks. These coil over shocks will fit 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Ram 1500 4x4 DS models. Also fits 2019 - 2021 Classic Edition trucks. Will NOT fit the 2019+ DT (newer body style) trucks.

FOX IFP Coilover Features:

Tire & Wheel Info:
With this FOX coilover adjusted to provide a 2" lift height increase you can run a larger than stock size tire. Most customers are running 34" diameter or similar size tires. Please note, not all aftermarket tire and wheel combinations will allow the use of a 34" or similar size tire. PerformanceLifts.com recommends test fitting all aftermarket tire and wheel combinations before operating the vehicle.

Optional Rear Shocks:
FOX also offers matching rear shock absorbers, FOX part number 985-24-032. The FOX IFP 2.0 Rear Shocks are sold in pairs and offer improved performance over the factory Ram shocks. The FOX 985-24-032 rear shocks will work on stock height trucks as well as those equipped with up to 1.5" inches of lift. The FOX IFP Rear Shock features an Aluminum body construction and have the same appearance and many of the same features as the FOX IFP Coilover. Please note that the FOX rear shocks do not provide any lift height increase by themselves... but they look great and perform better than the factory Ram shocks!

Installation Advice:
Installation is easy and requires about 2 hours for most do-it-yourselfers. A spring compressor is not required for installation. Installation does require a Metric socket and wrench set with sizes up to 24mm. Please be sure to pay close attention to the factory recommended torque specifications. The upper ball joint nut has a torque specification of 40 ft/lbs and then an additional 200 degrees of rotation. The outer tie-rod stud nut has a torque specification of 45 ft/lbs and an additional 90 degrees of rotation. Installation of the FOX coilover will require Camber, Caster and TOE adjustments after installation. The Ram 1500 4x4 comes with pre-installed cam adjusters on the lower control arms at the subframe that in most cases can provide factory recommended alignment settings with a lift height increase up to 2.5" inches over stock height.
