FOX Racing 2.0 Performance Series Reservoir # 985-24-026

The FOX Racing # 985-24-025 is designed for use on the rear suspension of a fullsize pickup truck. The extended length of this shock makes it too long for use on a stock height vehicle. This FOX reservoir rear shock works great on the rear suspension of the 2001+ GM 2500HD / 3500 trucks equipped with a 3" to 5" rear lift. It will also fit 2003-2013 Dodge Ram 2500 / 3500 series 4x4 trucks equipped with a 3" to 4" rear lift. This FOX 2.0 Performance Series Remote Reservoir smooth body shock contains the latest in shock technology and was designed to transform the performance of your Dodge Ram heavy duty truck. FOX uses race-proven damping control to provide a comfortable on-road ride and predictable offroad handling in even the toughest conditions.

The aluminum body increases cooling capacity and will never rust. Inside you will find race-proven performance valving technology that features the FOX External Reservoir design. Its external reservoir allows for increase oil and nitrogen capacity while delivering striking off-road race vehicle looks. The included black anodized reservoir mounting clamp and other components are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. The race developed high flow damping piston matched with application specific vavling provides the 2.0 Performance Series Reservoir shock a predictable ride quality capable of handling the roughest road conditions. By keeping a more consistent fluid temperature (and viscosity) the FOX Performance Series Reservoir shock provides more consistent performance. This shock is factory-tuned and features vehicle specific valving.
