ICON 2010+ Toyota 4Runner Suspension System Stage 1 # K53061

This ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 1 Suspension System # K53061 is designed to fit the 2010 and newer model year Toyota 4Runner vehicles. This kit is not designed for use on 2009 or older vehicles. The ICON Stage 1 System includes a set of 0-3" Lift Coilovers (part number 58640), 2" Lift Rear Coil Spring (part number 52700) that helps to level the FJ Cruiser front to rear and provides a much better ride on and off-road, and a pair of FJ Cruiser specific ICON 2.0 V.S. Series Rear Shock absorbers (part number 56505). The system can provide an additional 0 to 3" of front suspension lift that gives your 4Runner more ground clearance and room for larger than stock size tires.

Rear Coil Spring Information:
By default this suspension system includes the ICON # 52700 rear coil springs. On an unloaded vehicle the 52700 is designed to provide approximately 2" inches of lift. It has become quite common for 4Runner owners to install aftermarket bumpers, tire carriers, roof top tents and a wide range of other "heavy" items inside or onto their vehicle. ICON now offers (as an upgrade) their Overland Series Rear Coil Spring Kit # 52800. The ICON Overland coil springs feature a multi-rate design and will provide approxiamtely 3" inches of lift on an unloaded vehicle, 2" inches of lift with a 400 lbs load and approximately 1.5" inches of lift with a 600 lbs load. We offer this coil spring upgrade for use with all of the ICON kits but it is only recommend for use on vehicles that are equipped with a constant load.

ICON recommends the use of their #56100 shock shin guards to reduce the chance of shock shaft damage. The rear shocks are located in a vulnerable position that allows debris to easily come in direct contact with the shock shaft. The Shin Guard will help reduce the wear and tear on your ICON shocks.

ICON recommends that KDSS equipped vehicles install ICON # 54200 Rear Adjustable Track Bar. This item is sold separately and is available for purchase using the selection box located near the Add To Cart button.
