ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2010 - 2011 - 2012 - 2013 - 2014 Ford F150 Raptor SVT Stage 1 Suspension System # K93051. ICON engineers took a different approach to position sensitive performance with their 3.0" Front Coil Over Shock System. Instead of bypassing a small internal piston at the cost of poor control, road holding, and cornering like a traditional internal position sensitive shock, the ICON 3.0" Coil Over starts with a true 3” main piston that has robust features such as digressive rebound and flutter stack compression. This might sound overly technical but the combination produces outstanding vehicle control, excellent suspension response to rough terrain and unparalleled ride performance. To achieve even more control for extreme off-road use, ICON added an additional internal hydraulic system (much like an external mounted hydraulic bumpstop) that increases the resistance to bottoming during the last 40% of travel to achieve maximum bottom out control. These multiple stages of compression and rebound have been tuned independently to maximize overall performance of the Ford SVT Raptor front suspension. For owners who wish to optimize the ride specific to his or her liking, the front coil-over shocks are equipped with an external, “Easy to Adjust” Compression Damping Control Vallve, that is effective for the entire stroke of the shock. This compression adjustment valve offers you 10 high resolution settings, each providing a noticeable difference in ride from soft to firm.

The included ICON ZETA 3-Tube Bypass Ford SVT Raptor Rear Shocks are a true 3.0” External Bypass shock. These are even more advanced than what you will find on most Trophy Trucks equipped with a standard external bypass system. Each bypass valve has a specific port design and is individually equipped with a different rate to ensure proper performance at each zone of shock travel. These same bypass valves feature dampened valve stops for quiet and precise operation. That means a major reduction in "bypass clatter" as you hit bumps driving down the road. The biggest difference in these shocks versus an industry standard bypass shock are the “Easy-to-Adjust” knobs and the replaceable bypass tubes. The “Easy to Adjust” Hi Resolution Clicker Knobs do not require any tools for adjustment, can be adjusted in seconds, provide plush off-road performance, firm on road manners for extra control while driving the mountains and better sway control while towing a trailer. Another unique feature of this shock is the replaceable bypass tubes that can be swapped out during a standard rebuild if they become damaged.

This Stage 1 System combines the unstopable performance of the ICON Ford Raptor 3.0 Performance Front Coilover and the ICON 3.0 Piggyback Reservoir Rear Shock. These are the same shocks used in the ICON Stage 2 System. The only difference is the Stage 1 system does NOT include the ICON Billet Aluminum Upper Control Arm Kit. That means if you ever want to upgrade to Stage 2 performance all you have to do is add the ICON control arm kit.
