This Explorer ProComp EXPK1048BMX 6" Suspension Lift Kit is designed to fit all 2001 through 2010 1500HD, 2500, 2500HD and 3500 Series Single Rear Wheel 2wd & 4wd Silverado and Sierra Trucks. The Pro Comp 6" suspension lift allows Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra owners to lift their fullsize truck a full 6.00 inches without breaking the bank! This ProComp 6" suspension lift works with both the 2wd and 4wd models and includes a new front and rear cross members, sway bar spacers, bump stop spacers, cast iron lift blocks, differential drops, torsion bar drop kit, lateral strut bars, CNC machined front axleshaft spacers, and high quality hardware throughout.

Please note that this Explorer Procomp # K1048BMX Suspension Kit includes a set of four Explorer Pro Comp MX6 Adjustable Series shock absorbers designed specifically for use with this lift. The MX-6 Adjustable Series shock is the best Pro Comp shock offered for use with this lift and delivers a good combination of looks and on & off-road ride.The ProComp MX6 series shocks have a six-position adjustment knob that allows you to custom tune the shock to deliver the ride quality and stability you need to accommodate changing road conditions and loads. Another shock option is the relatively new addition to the ProComp shock lineup... the Fox Racing Shox 2.0 Emulsion Series. The Fox Racing 2.0 Emulsion Series is a race-style rebuildable shock absorber designed for the serious off-roader!
Please note that installation of significantly larger than stock tires on factory wheels is not recommended due to the narrow width that most GM wheels have.
