Rancho 2015-2017 Ford F150 4x4 6" Suspension Lift # RS66501B

Rancho 6" Suspension System # RS66501B fits 2015, 2016 and 2017 Ford F150 4x4 trucks. Lifting the F150 a full 6" inches allows for the use of 35" tires on a more aggressive wheel width or offset. Rancho’s CNC machined steering knuckles maintain optimal steering geometry and allows for precision alignment to OE specifications. Steering integrity is uncompromised by maintaining the stock location of the factory rack and pinion steering. Combined these features improve handling and eliminate bump steer. Ranchos exclusive high clearance one-piece sub-frame adds superior strength and stability to the vehicle and also precisely relocates the lower control arms and differential. The positioning of the differential is calibrated to correct both CV and drivetrain angles. This ensures a vibration free ride and protects components against premature wear. No drivetrain or exhaust modifications are necessary making this a complete bolt on system. The rear height is lifted less than the front in order to achieve a level stance. The rear is lifted 4.25" inches via Lift Blocks that feature integrated bump stop pads and are secured with extended length U-Bolts.

Tire & Wheel Information:
Please note that aftermarket wheels with less back space than the factory wheel will be required. Rancho recommends wheels have no more than 5.60" inches of back space. This system will easily clear most 35" diameter tires on a 9" wide wheel with up to 5.60" inches of back space.

Rancho does not currently offers upgraded front shocks for this lift yet. Their RS5000X and RS7000MT MonoTube shocks for use with this lift are due out in the Fall of 2015. At this point the only option is to retain your existing front shock and spring assembly. This requires the purchase of Rancho Factory Strut Spacer # RS886520. Please note that neither front or rear shock absorbers are not included with the kit but are available for purchase using the drop down selection box located near the ADD TO CART button.
