Rancho’s heavy duty extended cast ductile iron steering knuckle maintains optimal steering geometry and allows for precision alignment. Steering integrity is uncompromised by maintaining the stock location of the factory rack and pinion steering. Combined these features improve handling and eliminate bump steer. Ranchos exclusive high clearance one-piece sub-frame adds superior strength and stability to the vehicle and also precisely relocates the lower control arms and differential. The positioning of the differential is calibrated to correct both CV and drivetrain angles. This ensures a vibration free ride and protects components against premature wear. This system also allows for the use of the stock wheels and accommodates fitment of 35" or metric equivalent diameter tires. No drivetrain or exhaust modifications are necessary making this a complete bolt on system. The rear height is set to what Rancho considers the perfect level with new rear spacer blocks with integrated bump stop pads.

To accompany the industry’s finest suspension system one needs the industry's finest and most proven adjustable shock absorber. Available are front RS999806 (Spring Seat) and rear RS999287 Rancho RS9000XL series shock absorbers. The Rancho 9000XL has an advanced nine-position adjustable design that allows owners of Rancho equipped F150's the ability to manually or remotely (from the cab) tune the damping to match a vast range of performance situations. The All NEW RS9000XL Spring Seat Shock has a fixed spring seat specifically designed for Rancho’s F-150 suspension system. For customers looking for a less expensive shock option, Rancho also offers their RS5000 series shocks for use with this suspension lift. Shock absorbers are not included with the kit but are available for purchase using the drop down selection box located beneath this item description.

Additional Information:
This Rancho RS6519B 4" suspension lift will clear a 35x12.5x18 tire. Rancho states their lift system is compatible with the factory 18" and 20" diameter Ford OEM wheels. The front air dam may require slight trimming to prevent tire rub during off-road use. This kit is available only in the Rancho Outlaw Black finish. This item will not fit All-Wheel-Drive or 8200 GVW vehicles! This lift does not fit the Ford RAPTOR. Rancho does not recommend installation of this suspension system on any F150 truck equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft. Trucks with a 2-piece rear driveshaft will need to install a Carrier Bearing drop bracket that is NOT included in the Rancho kit.
