This Bilstein 5100 Series Shock # 24-064576 is designed for use on the front suspension of the 1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ. This shock is designed as a factory replacement and will work best on vehicles equipped with a 3" to 4" inch suspension lift. If your Jeep has a front suspension lift height that is less than 3" you may want to consider a shorter shock absorber. This part number replaces the earlier Bilstein F4-BE5-6457-H5 part number.
