CST Performance Suspension 2011 - 2015 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD / 3500 Steering Stabilizer # CSR-2946. If you are installing wider tires, wider wheels or an aggressive off-road style tire the CST Steering Stabilizer Kit # CSR-2946 can be a good upgrade. Off-road tires can be difficult to balance and in some cases may not even be perfectly round when new. These tire related problems can cause the steering wheel to shimmy and shake. Installing a steering stabilizer will help mask these problems. If you like to take your 2500HD or 3500 series Silverado or Sierra off-road this is a good upgrade to install when the lift is being installed. For truck owners that spend the majority of their time on the pavement this item can always be installed later if needed. This item is NOT included in any of the base CST kits. This item is Made in the USA.

Important Fitment Notes:

The CSR-2946 is only designed for use on 2011 - 2015 model year Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD and 3500 series trucks equipped with a CST 6-8" or 8-10" Drop Subframe Style Suspension System. If your truck is equipped with a different manufacturers kit this item will not fit. This stabilizer is NOT for use on any truck factory equipped with Digital Steering Assist - RPO code NV8.
