ICON 2.5 Shock & Coilover Service Kit # 252010

ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.5 Series Shock & Coilover Service Kit # 252010. This kit is only for use on 2.50" body smooth body and 2.50" body non-reservoir equipped shocks and coilovers. This Service Kit includes all necessary seals and nitrogen charge port to rebuild one ICON or Donahoe Racing shock. If you are rebuilding more than one shock you will need one Service Kit for each shock.

Service Kit Contents:
• Disogrin U-Cup
• D-Wiper
• Seal Head O-Ring
• Floating Piston O-Ring
• Nitrogen Charge Port with Sealed Cover Screw

Additional Shock Rebuild Information:
ICON and Donahoe Racing shocks must be properly charged with Nitrogen to the recommended PSI before the shock can be put back into service on your vehicle. Charging an ICON shock equipped with the low profile charge port will require a special Nitrogen fill tool that you may not have. The ICON Nitrogen Fill Tool # 252004 is available for purchase separate from this service kit. Please note that "shop air" is not recommended for use in any ICON Shock Absorber. When rebuilding your shocks it is advised to use fresh shock fluid. Most ICON 2.5 shocks will require between 1/4 and 1/2 gallon of fluid. Shock fluid can be purchased via our website under ICON part number 254101G (1/2 Gallon) and 254100G (1 Gallon). Shock fluid is NOT included with this service kit.
